I bought these scissors as I was dying to add some handy Fiskars to my primary school study to replace the cheap ones. uncomfortable scissors that the school buys (for obvious reasons). Unfortunately, now that they've arrived I'm pretty sure they're cheap imitations and not real Fiskars at all. To be honest they seem like they'll probably hold up decently and cut fairly well, but the grip isn't nearly as comfortable as Fiskars should be and everything else about them feels cheap and inferior. The plastic on the handles has nicks and chips, the blades have stains and odd shaped areas, the way the blades attach to the handles looks cheap and totally different from my other Fiskars and even the "Fiskars " Badge The blades look dirty and cheap compared to my real ones. Please don't buy these thinking they are real Fiskars. I'm giving them 1 star because cheating on branding is unacceptable, I'd probably give it around 3 stars as otherwise it's passable as a fairly mediocre comfort scissors, but as they call them Fiskars it's definitely 1 star compared to the high quality , which I expect from this brand.
