I love this platform because it has all the features included. It is very user friendly. The customer service is also great. I think that there should be more training and learning courses offered so people who have never used the system before could learn how to use it faster. Also, there isn't much training on the dashboard itself. There are many functions that are not easy to figure out at first glance. So, if you don't know what each button does, you will need to read through every manual or go online to see instructions. This software has helped our call center tremendously! It makes things very efficient and saves time.
