Lock didn't work on my review.
After installing 3 of these, we could not get the door to lock from both sides of the deadbolt. You have to use a key on either side which we didn't realize either and a total pain. But one side of the door, the lock would work, the other side, it wouldn't move at all. We've changed many locks on doors too. We know what we are doing.
