You get what you pay for, cheaply made and not all worked in my package, bad guts in some

It appears that I am the only one that has had issues so maybe (as with any item) mine was a fluke. I gave it a try and hoped for the best but in my case I would NOT recommend these unless you are good at MacGyvering things.You can safely take a shot at getting a better set than I did as Best Buy has a great return policy as long as you make sure it is being sold by them!

Pros

First set worked great, second set didn't fit older doors, wasn't able to extend the bolt.

Cons

The knobs came without the 2 long screws that hold them together. So they are useless

Good Value, but Not Exceptional

Works fine and looks great, but.The cylinder (latch assembly) seems to be slightly larger than standard as I either had to drill out the existing hole or force it on by wiggling and pushing very hard, risking damage.In hindsight and by experience i would have opted for the Best Buy Basics brand, but these are very close in quality.No regrets, but not impressed.

Will Do The Job, Inexpensive, Look Good

I've installed a lot of replacement and new door knobs over the past 50 years, and have seen the very worst quality cheapos, to really great, well made knobs and levers, that most people would love to have in their homes. These are not the worst, nor what I would consider a great quality privacy lever, but somewhere in the middle of that spectrum. First, these sell for $60.89 (as of this review, box of 3 privacy locks, matte black), so they average about $20 bucks a piece if you could buy them…

Pros

These are nice looking handles. Changed the look of the house.

Cons

Nice enough locks. Whoever wrote the installation instructions should be fired.

Good quality in my review

Good enough and nice quality for the price. Easy to install. Resistant as well. Looks exactly as the pictures That's my feedback.

Lock didn't work on my review.

After installing 3 of these, we could not get the door to lock from both sides of the deadbolt. You have to use a key on either side which we didn't realize either and a total pain. But one side of the door, the lock would work, the other side, it wouldn't move at all. We've changed many locks on doors too. We know what we are doing.

Longer handles than expected but they are functional and easy to install

I have experience with other styles of KNOBWELL door handles. This is my first experience with the privacy lock interior door handles that are designed for bathrooms and bedrooms. The handles are slightly heavy and have a good hand feel. They have not chipped and look elegant and improved the appearance of my southern-style doors. The handles are a little longer than I expected. They fit the door but lever itself is about a half-inch longer than other levers. They did not have a paper template…

The reversible function allows the lock set to be installed on either the right or left side, making it versatile and adaptable to any use case

The lock is not user-friendly and can be confusing to operate

i love the black finish on white doors, really sets off the leversworks as good as the name brands, no issues at all.recommended! save a few bucks vs. big name, big box.easy install if you have done them before.

Easy to install don’t need instructions take out of box the way the are and pull apart and install

Took 10 minutes to install taking out old putting in new so easy anyone could do it … I’m a 54 woman so that tells you if I can do it any one can love them I bought 4 locks and 3 no lock ones

Pros

Great door levers: my feedback

I replaced the doorknobs for three bedrooms and two bathrooms with these door levers. They were easy to install, are functional, and look great.
