Review on KNOBWELL Keyed Entry Door Levers Exterior Door Lock Set With Double Keyed Deadbolt Keyed Alike, Reversible For Right And Left Side (For Office And Front Door), Matte Black by Robert Tyus

I have experience with other styles of KNOBWELL door handles. This is my first experience with the privacy lock interior door handles that are designed for bathrooms and bedrooms. The handles are slightly heavy and have a good hand feel. They have not chipped and look elegant and improved the appearance of my southern-style doors. The handles are a little longer than I expected. They fit the door but lever itself is about a half-inch longer than other levers. They did not have a paper template that other handles have for doors that have not been cut. The long screws were already in the lever and I had to unscrew them which took extra time. The other screws were in a bag. It would have been nice to have all the screws in the bag. Overall, they improved the look of the doors and I like the set.Suggestions for improvement for the manufacturer-It would be nice to see a warranty and satisfaction guarantee on the product page.Add the long screws to the screw bag and do not pre-screw them into the handle.Add a cut-out template to the handle set.Label whether the handles are powder-coated or painted.
