PRICE VERY AFFORDABLE, EASY TO USE STONES
I am very happy with the Sharp Pebble sharpening stones. I was looking for a whetstone to sharpen my expensive Japanese knives that I recently bought. I have a Ken Onion Work Sharp that I've been using for a long time to sharpen my old knives. I wanted to try sharpening my new knives in more detail. It took a little longer to sharpen the knives at first, but it got easier with practice. The price is reasonable and the product meets my expectations. I would recommend this product to my friends.
- ⚛ Dual Grit: The 120 grit side (dark grey) is used to smooth out coarse waterstones of 900 grit and below. This side provides the necessary cutting action to effectively level the stone. However, when leveling finer waterstone, the coarse grit leaves a roughness that you may find undesirable. So we designed side #320 (light grey) for 1000 grit and up waterstones
