As well as precise and easy grind settings
I'm a fan of Peugeot salt and pepper mills because I don't have strong hands and I tend to have bone spurs at the base of my thumbs. Not only does it offer precise and easy adjustments for grind settings, but it also feels comfortable in the hands and does not put pressure on the joints. I have several and only use them.
