hate this rug. Find something else and donate. No, close to the color in the photo, MUCH darker. Used in my garage entrance (e.g. inside the house after you came this way) and attracts everything - which would be nice but impossible to clean. I have a good vacuum, but the material grabs every speck of dust or pet hair and doesn't release it. Even cleaning twice a day does not solve the problem. And since it's dark, the problem is even worse. It always looks gross. So not recommended if you have pets or live where there may be dust, dirt, pine needles, etc. etc.
