The best feature is the ability to update the member's address on a real time basis. It's also very easy to maintain and update. It can be a little bit cumbersome to update information in the database. Make sure to test the product with a live test before actually moving forward with it. The most difficult thing is to actually get started and implement it. With MemInfo it has become much easier to track and maintain member information. I like how it allows me to do all my church accounting in one place. It's not too big or too small. And I can see all of our stats at once. I wish there was an option to link to another program so we could have more options as far as keeping records but if you're ok with what you've got it does work well! It is helpful when I need to make some quick changes to my church accounts after hours.
