Review on DeWalt N442697 Sander Pad Assembly by Andres Black

This sanding pad assembly was a perfect match for my Dewalt DWE6411 1/4 blade sander purchased in 2019. The "assembly" comprised a metal plate behind a foam pad. All screw holes match perfectly - no modifications required as required by other cheaper knockoffs. The main task for me was to loosen torx torx screws that only fit on bits or screwdrivers of the same type. No other bit worked for me. I did it by hand to avoid cutting the screws and it was a lot of work. I was able to screw the plate in, but ended up having to call someone with a stronger hand than mine to tighten the screws flush with the metal plate. Worth the effort and expense to get a good quality item with a perfect fit.
