I can create invoices with ease as well schedule appointments without having to go into each patient's file! It is very user friendly so anyone could use it if they wanted too!! Sometimes you have an error message pop up that doesn't really explain why but just says something like "error encountered" or other similar messages which are hard enought o understand when this happens since there aren’s many explanations in detail within them -.- As long we know how ot fix our own mistake then no problem at all :) Honestly donest worry about anything because everything has its way of working out fine anyway :). Creating bills/invoicing etc.. Easy scheduling even though i am not familiarised yet (but once im more used2dowhatsoever).
