I like that our office can use this system to keep track of all patient info at once! There are some features we wish were more user friendly- especially when it comes time do send or receive emails from patients/appointments etc.- but those things don't really bother me much because they're easy enough with just looking up how something's done in another part of their app (we have so many different apps!). The ease of use is great - our receptionist can log in to manage patient appointments without needing her own computer or phone line! I have had some issues with the system freezing up (which could be my fault) but there are many people that work at this clinic who don't seem to have these problems so it's not necessarily their fault. I can create invoices with ease as well schedule appointments without having to go into each patient's file! It is very user friendly so anyone could use it if they wanted too!! I like that I can easily add new patient appointments to the calendar and then share it with my staff. It is really easy to use. My only dislike would be that the software does not have an option for sending out reminders, which I think should be available in some form. The ability to use this with my other softwares is very helpful in keeping all of them up-to date at once as I am always looking over things from both sides! I like how easy it is to customize your own reports/views of patient info with different filters (e-mail address or phone number).
