Great product, trouble free implementation
The ease of use is great - our receptionist can log in to manage patient appointments without needing her own computer or phone line! I have had some issues with the system freezing up (which could be my fault) but there are many people that work at this clinic who don't seem to have these problems so it's not necessarily their fault. We've been able to get rid of paper files and streamline patient records. This has allowed us to improve efficiency as well as reduce time spent searching through file cabinets looking for something we need.

- Relatively Low Cost Compared With A Commercial Practice Management System And Not Too Expensive For Nonprofit Services In General
