Review on Open Dental Software by Jeff Sorensen

I like how easy it is to customize your own reports/views of patient info with different filters (e-mail address or phone number). It's not as user friendly if you are new at this type programing so there may be some learning curve but once that has been overcome then everything works well! There really isn't anything i dislike about open dsm system other than maybe having more options in certain fields would make things easier when creating forms etc. However we have had no issues using their support team who were very helpful throughout our transition from another product provider which was also great experience overall!!
