Review on Optimized Bamboo Wood Precision Cutting Board for Perfectionist Chefs, 9.75 x 13.75 inches by Karen Murray

I bought this for my mother who is very precise. If this recipe calls for a teaspoon, it makes sure to use exactly one teaspoon. To be honest, she prefers weight measurements, but measuring with a teaspoon isn't accurate enough. She appreciated the gift but told me it had too many dimensions that cooking (or at least her cooking) doesn't use. To my knowledge, she did not measure to confirm accuracy, but she did provide a comment suggesting she did. She also believes that the wood is poorly cleaned. Last time I saw it she pinned it in the back of her closet and I think she already gave it to me. I thought it would be a good gift but maybe not for someone who demands 100% perfection.
