Review on Inclusive Solution: Convertible with Training for Toddlers by Mike Fedd

I bought this because it looks like the (more expensive) wood we have in another bathroom. Very easy to install. I immediately noticed that the lid itself doesn't close properly at all and the seat doesn't hold up. If you pick it up, it will start falling back as soon as you let go. Kind of pain when trying to use the toilet. I contacted customer service and the next day the representative emailed back saying he needed to contact the inventory department. I waited 3 days and emailed him again and he said he's still waiting. Haven't heard of a replacement or refund yet. *UPDATE* I will be contacting Revain for a refund as the practice seat no longer lifts either. 100% garbage. I don't know what they will do with the used toilet seat but to me it's useless and I don't keep their trash.
