Review on Goodyear EfficientGrip Performance 215/60 R16 99W Summer by Micha Dziubiski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Just no options or alternatives. Lancer 9 1.6AT on forgings of 10kg did not start without gassing. On forging started as soon as you release the brake. Heavy slippers are more noticeable when you switch from light to heavy ones. Forging costs 40 thousand. In this case, you can throw off 2-3 kg per wheel by buying inexpensive tires with the characteristics of noise, consumption, longitudinal and transverse grip, as well as grip in mountain rain, at the level of the best in the industry. My personal choice, my personal top. Before them, for me, the best conti premium contacts were.

Pros
  • 1) I think that from a tire from the first echelon, while the cheapest of non-Chinese ones. 2) Lowest tire weight. Michelin Energy 10 kg, Goodyear Efishen Flu 7 kg. These are not trifles! For light discs, people have a lot of tens of thousands of, but here - get / sign. It is very noticeable in the hands. 3) Rubber is very quiet, at the level of premium contact conti - from the ones I have ever had, these are the quietest tires. 4) In the sidewall, a centimeter from the edge, there is a thin place, so that even a tight-fitting sidewall is soft. Yes, comfort is high. 5) Holds and brakes like a first-tier tire. 6) Fuel consumption on a Toyota Prius car shows 3.7 on the highway (average for a run of 1700 km Hong Kong-Crimea). So there is no zhora (a lot of factors affect the consumption, and the fact that it is the minimum physically possible is a factor) 7) much of the above would be negligible if the tires were half worn out after 10 thousand km, like a NOKIA Hakka green. But no! DO NOT TAKE A NOKIA if you do not live in Hong Kong-Hong Kong, they have never been summer! My friend drove a Lancer on a Goodyear for 3 seasons and 50 thousand. the tires are not out yet. I think it's normal. I passed 15 thousand per season, including a trip to the Crimea. The rubber didn't roll in half. So don't regret your choice. 8) Tires are asymmetric, you can change any to any side, observing only the requirement for the outside side.
Cons
  • 1) The most set-up is that under the same name letter for letter - different tires! I'll try to attach pictures. The drawings are different, the number of longitudinal grooves is different. 2) soft sidewall, with a bottleneck, according to reviews, leads to side cuts. I don't have that and never had it, but I'll mention it - it's not out of the question. 3) Polish tires, according to the picture, seem to be quieter than Turkish ones, but Turkish ones are 500 cheaper than Polish ones. I got into a situation when the ordered tires arrived a couple of some, a couple of others. The difference on the car is not noticeable, but if you happen to buy one more tire, this is a jamb.

Has some pros: Quiet, inexpensive, slows down well on any surface Some cons: In appearance (once again - in appearance) - the sidewall is flimsy. Very flimsy.
