These door knobs are beautiful & exactly what I was looking for.that’s the good news! I bought the 3 count box. They were each individually boxed & as I opened them I found 2/3 had one knob unattached to the base. The glue apparently had not held up. I was anxious to get them on my doors & didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning & waiting for a replacement. I chose to glue the knobs on with clear Gorilla glue & install them. We will see how they hold up. In the sellers defense I did not contact them, but if they fall off I will be. Again, beautiful & seem to be of good quality but they’ve gotta come up with a better product to attach the knob to the base. This was definitely not a shipping issue.they were very securely packaged & there was no damage to the package. I also had a hard time finding the directions, but eventually did.
