Disappointed. Bought two mugs in early 2018. Solid white with turquoise handle and transparent light green. I've been using these mugs for over a year. My morning routine is coffee and a protein shake on the way to work. I noticed that my lemon green transparent cup had black deposits on top, but it got stuck in the lining. The cups are insulated, leaving extra space between the actual cup and its outside. Turns out the mold was starting to form in the liner at the top of the cup. I threw this mug away and brought back the same brand about 2 weeks ago, only this time in a clear pink. I just think my green was defective. My pink actually started foaming as I brewed coffee. I'm confused where this is coming from. The water in my cookware has pooled in the insulating liner and there is about a half inch of water in the liner. I sent the mug back for a refund. I was only annoyed that I had already spent money on 2 other cups. I'm afraid to see what's in my solid white. Since it's not a transparent color, I kept using it and it might fill up with mold. I am very upset about this and the design of the cups needs to be changed. If this has happened on 2 separate occasions I'm sure others are experiencing it too.
