I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the construction. All metal with good gaskets and proper fitting. Lights are bright and there are tons of color options.There are a couple of things to be aware of, but considering the price, quality, and functionality, it's not enough of a problem to take away any of the five stars.Things to be aware of:1. You need your own power source. They tell you this everywhere so no big deal.2. You need you own connections to tap into your line. Luckily I was replacing existing lights, so I cut off their connections. You can pick up the connectors on amazon or at hardware stores.3. The gauge on the wire is a tad small. It's like 18 gauge. It comes in a very insulated and thick cord, but it's still an area of concern for something you want for 5 to 10 years.4. This is a little more complicated of an install than buying a kit that has everything. If you have experience installing low voltage landscaping lights it wont br an issue. You can do it with no experience, just read up more.
