Disappointment for TV and video

Really disappointed with that. The speed is low, 4GB of memory does not help. I contacted support about the issue. THIS IS IN CHINA! The language barrier is huge. With email, they made no mistake at all. (How do I boot from USB or SD card?). If you are not familiar with Android Box, DO NOT buy it. Great price but.UPDATE one USB port died after 2 weeks
