Currently using it when my Surface Pro 3's Wi-Fi card broke I was skeptical at first but it actually worked quite well. Internet speed is acceptable (rarely buffering when watching videos on YouTube or Netflix) as well as a reliable Bluetooth connection. Connecting to Wi-Fi is sometimes slow or doesn't automatically connect to networks, but that's a relatively minor issue for me. It also gets a bit hot after a few hours, but I didn't notice that affecting its performance. Installation was a little tedious, but I'd recommend reading the top comment on this device by Michael Ronain for guidance. Following his instructions, I was able to install the device without any problems. I've had this device since April 2017 and so far (fingers crossed) this device is still working perfectly. Given the small form factor and ease of use, I'd recommend it if you have Wi-Fi/Bluetooth issues.
