Review on 🚚 AA-Racks Model X35-A: Versatile Matte Black Single Bar Utility Ladder Rack for Pickup Trucks by Matt Buchanan

Used for less than 60.00 I have very few complaints. I clamped them in place and marked my 4 holes. Drilled with a 3/8 bit. Screw in and tighten 4 screws. My first small complaint. Get 4 more washers and mount the top and bottom washers. The screw heads are small judging by the photo. After that everything is easy. Add the top posts and crossbar, making sure the center tube is centered, and tighten one side down. I then spread the posts a bit to hold everything tight and tight and then tightened the other side. It's tight as a drum and doesn't move at all. My second complaint is about the center bar. For a tighter fit, the diameter should be slightly larger. If it starts to annoy me, I'll make a whistle, paint it, and replace it. Also, do not over-tighten the bar to the uprights and center bar. These threads look like they could break very easily. If it wasn't for those 2 things I would have given 5 stars. Remember that it has been used and has a few scratches but these can be touched up. In general I am very happy. Just waiting for the headache shelf to arrive and I'll check it out as I bought it used. This is on a 2004 Ford F-150 with an 8ft bed.
