Excellent owner. The strength of the magnet is maintained and the holder is not deformed at high temperature. Bought to replace my dad's standard plastic hook holder which had a broken hook. It seemed sensible to get this type of mount as the hook part would not be subject to as much stress/wear and it would be easier to put on and take off thanks to the magnet effect. Case. The magnet trick was very helpful. The magnet is definitely strong enough to hang on the hook undamaged for a few hours to overnight. These include high temperatures and strong direct sunlight. Even after several weeks of use in high temperatures (100+ and probably over 120-130 in a car) and exposure to strong direct sunlight, the plastic did not warp or shrink. However, it was with some sort of factory tint, but not dark. My dad likes it a lot and mostly because of how easy it is to put on and take off. After practicing together we found that the best way to maintain the bond is to grab the magnet with as much surface area for both parts as possible. Then a simple light twist and pull separates the pieces effortlessly and effortlessly. My dad especially likes this because he doesn't have to fiddle with hooking and unhooking the rearview mirror stem. He liked it so much that he gave the replacement part (two in a pack) to his girlfriend. And she found that the holder has the same benefit. At an almost two-for-one product price, it's well worth the money for quality and ease of use. The product is top notch after a few months of use and the seller delivered on time and as described. Good business.
