I like how easy it was to set up my account with this software because everything seemed very user friendly! It really helped me in keeping track all aspects regarding our business as well which has been great for us!! Nothing at present but would love more information about certain products they offer such as auto claims or errors & omissions coverage etc.. If you're looking into an efficient way to keep records updated then definitely use ben corp tpa services - saves time especially when multiple people are working together within one building/office space where documentation can be tricky due to location issues- no worries there anymore. The best thing about Bencorp is the customer service. The representatives are very knowledgable and helpful. The best thing is that I can reach them anytime, day or night. I have never had a problem with Bencorp. The only con is that I wish that the customer service department had more people. I wish that I had more people to call if I need help. I work in the financial industry and Bencorp helps me with the reconciliation of payments and the sending of remittance advices.
