non-stick MY ASS! The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they work well in the oven and make great patterns. I made 4 pans of poppy seeds (note, SO MUCH). I have used these mats on 2 different types of baking sheets and 2 other baking sheets with my regular parchment paper on 2 different types of baking sheets. I let them dry completely, the ones on the mats took a lot longer. Having no choice but to leave them in the fridge overnight, I checked them the next morning and they still hadn't been removed as more than half the shells were destroyed. I've already finished 2 batches of parchment plus 2 more on my parchment. I'll stick to my parchment paper. Enough said.
