Very dissatisfied with the tool

Bought this tool to use on 3 cars which I 1) have difficult to use 2) the tool is made and for use in all countries one of the reasons I bought it because I had several foreign cars, 3) tried to download updates several times with negative results, 4) when I bought a new car I tried again to get a software update for a newer car and the Support is a complete mess. I was transferred from one branch to another. The instructions provided with the instrument are out of date and cannot be updated to download the software. Never again buy such an instrument in another country.
