Review on Seavus Smart ChartBot by Ben Diesel

I like that this can be used in all our platforms - Facebook messenger as well! It's user friendly so anyone who has basic knowledge of computers will have no problem using it right away.- The chat bot is simple but smart enough- Sometimes takes some time before you get responses if there are alot more people chatting with each other or having long conversations (about 30 minutes). A great tool which we've been able use across multiple clients/companies without being too complicated about its functionality etc...
