I like that there is always someone available should you need them, if not they will give an answer when asked or call back later as soon possible! The customer service at this site can be very slow sometimes so make sure your questions/concerns get answered immediately because things may go missing between being seen by support staff member then getting into their queue etc.. This has helped my organization meet licensure requirements which was one goal we set out from day 1 but never thought would happen given how difficult meeting these standards were before now!! It's been great knowing everything about every student coming through school since 2013. There isn't much i dislike other than maybe having too few options within certain sections such us Math section where students could choose more advanced topics compared ot others offered however overall its working well enough until something better comes along :) They've allowed me.
