I love the size and portability of the monitor and the customer service has been extremely responsive and helpful with emails and refunds which is why I gave the product such a high rating even though it doesn't work for me. Sorry if you buy it for work. and not for gaming or watching movies, the resolution isn't high enough to properly see small details like small fonts in spreadsheets on a Mac laptop (which I should have checked beforehand). The words end up looking blurry. My IT friend said I would have to buy 2k or 4k resolution for this purpose, not 1080p, so just warn people like me.
