Review on QNotes Office by Jamie Rogers

This software allows me to store all of my patients' information in one place instead if having many different files for each individual's record! It also has great security measures so I am able trust everything within this system completely!! There are certain things which could be improved upon such as being better at keeping track when appointments have been made or changed but overall it works well enough just need some minor tweaking here & there (we're working together).

We use qnotes because we wanted something where our physicians will see their entire electronic history right away without needing us going back through paper charts every time they want access - plus you can add your own notes along side what was already written by previous doctors using other programs/software systems out-there making sure everyone sees how current doctor handled any issues previously addressed from others before them etc., allowing continuity between visits rather than relying solely off paperwork kept elsewhere.
