These great little embroidery kits come with everything you need to start embroidering. However, you will soon need scissors. I really like the floss colors that came in these sets, the colors are very bright, very cute. The design is printed very clearly. You can easily see which colors to use from the included instructions. The included embroidery rings are strong and hold the material in place very well and securely. Although instructions are included, I prefer to watch online videos to learn new embroidery stitches. I love having these travel sets. Small and easy to transport, they have helped make travel time fly by very quickly. Also, I finished a wonderful project at the end of some trips.
