Installed and hand tightened (no filter wrench) on a 2004 Camry and the moment I started the car the oil started sloshing. I thought something terrible had happened to the engine or something so I freaked out and had it towed to my mechanic to see if anything serious had happened. And it turned out that the filter had simply burst, so it was a relief, but at the same time extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. My friends advised me never to buy a fram again as it's cheap crap and I think I'll follow that advice as I've learned first hand.
