I got this to make new colored pencils out of old colored pencils. We put pieces of old broken crayons in molds and heat them in the oven until the crayons melt. The new star-shaped crayons popped out easily. The mold worked well in the oven and was easy to clean. The new crayons came out of the mold with clear, detailed patterns. everything i wanted
