Bought this fall of 2019 and boy was happy with the nonstick coating. The first time my daughter cooked ground beef for a taco, the meat flew out of the pan when she tilted it to drain the fat into a colander. It took me a while to get used to how non-stick it was! Food leftovers from the dishwasher ended up in the pan. We never use the heat setting in the dishwasher so that the food in the pan never becomes "hard". We have to go back and wash it. We never used it in the oven, only our glass lid. Now in spring 2021 we hand wash it every time. It works well, but it's not "the last pan you'll ever need". If you're thinking about buying it, it's not a bad frying pan if you babysit it. Hand wash only and don't believe them when they say it's so tough you can use metal utensils. It's not, just use nylon or silicone.
