Review on Billing Software by Alex Mitra

I like that this system has very helpful customer service reps as well in case of any queries or assistance needed with implementation etc. We are able to use it for both online & off line sales/transactions at our store locations by using smart devices (mobile phones). The features offered seem limited compared other systems out there such as Zoho Retail Management System but we have found most functionality can be done either way via mobile apps so not an issue here from my perspective! Would highly recommend trying if you're looking into having some sort of point-of sale / ecommerce solution available at your stores - easy access anywhere really helps customers feel appreciated and they'll appreciate us more too when coming across friendly staff who genuinely want good things happening :) I like that it has an easy to use interface for the end user. It's very flexible and allows you to customize your own workflow. Their team is great to work with and they continue to improve their product every year! There are only 2 issues I have with it. 1) The lack of some features in the mobile app.2) It is difficult to find qualified support staff via the website. We are solving problems that were not solved by the competition.
