I managed to get the link lights between the two devices to remain constant and the connected TV to display the "Bluray" logo before the screen goes blank. I think the problem is with the DMCA where something that is copyrighted is no longer showing. On the other hand, I connected it to my camcorder's HDMI output and displayed a live feed going to the same TV, but that didn't show up either. I was trying to use a Samsung computer monitor with an HDMI input, which behaves like a TV. I used two brand new 50ft category 6 ethernet cables. The worst part was that there was no tech support number in the user manual. The manual itself says that contact information may not be in the manual. The product came in a plain brown box. Since nobody could help me with this product, I sent it back.
