Fantastic for sheet metal
I have used them for several years. They do not grip or deform thin and soft materials such as sheet aluminum. Stepping over the desired size will also remove the burrs. Just make sure to stop the drill before the hole gets too big. Works great on plastics, even fragile ones like plexiglass that break with a twist drill.
