about this Autel product. Having bought my first car scanner so far, I'm glad I bought it. But they get five stars from me. As for Autel's customer service. For that they get one star from me. Why? I had concerns about being able to download updates for this tool and shared it with them. The way that was answered seemed that my concern had nothing to do with it. I've answered in more detail to make sure it's clear. The answer I got was that my problem was solved. No it was not. Not even close! I was asked by their support team what model of instrument I have and I replied it's AL539 which worries me too! And the answer I got was that since I don't reply anymore but I did reply via REPLY just after their question which model I have and it looks like my reply wasn't even read. BTW I came back to confirm what I answered before posting this review. So the bottom line is that while I like the Autel product I bought, I really dislike the customer service. So next time I buy a more complete car scanner it won't be from Autel.
