We received this supposedly new carburetor and installed it in a customer's car. It never really worked for him, so he brought it to us. After a week of troubleshooting, we finally took apart the 'new' carburetor to find the misaligned gaskets that are preventing fuel and air from flowing properly. Worse, we found what looked like JB Weld or some type of epoxy used in the carburetor. next to the accelerator pump that covers the bore in the carburetor body. The only thing this carb is good for is a fishing weight.
