a good and economical alternative to buying an in-line kit with valves built in.

the valves work fine and the seals seem fine. time will tell for sure. The only downside is the plastic cover on the valve handle. it doesn't fit and just falls off. A few drops of superglue fixed it, but it was still pretty annoying. Given the price, maybe I shouldn't complain. Overall a good product, good value and delivered very quickly.
