You don't buy this device hoping that it will be the best audio device you have ever heard. You buy this device because you need a USB dongle that can act as a headset adapter for conference calls (VOIP), listening to music, videos, etc. The audio software only works for Windows as it is a gaming dongle. It is very good. But what impresses me the most is that it works like hell on every platform I've used it on. The chip they use in this thing is well supported on all platforms out of the box. The sound is enough where I don't complain 1 bit. It does the job. There is support for 4-pin headsets. The quality of the dongle is quite good. I've broken a few cheaper plastic wireless options that shared headphone and mic jacks, and the case has always broken. They also usually make hissing noises. This suitcase is already a bit worn and I will buy a new one as soon as it breaks. It's so handy with laptops on different platforms.
