Item arrived on time. The only problem was the lack of a base plate on the one I ordered, even though I ordered one with a base plate. I contacted and they sent one. However, they are 9 1/4 inches tall and placement to fully cover existing sink openings would be problematic. So I ordered a 10" base plate which worked great. An 8" adapter that fits my RV since the RV piping is 1/2" in diameter while the traditional piping is 3/8" in diameter "Has. Less than $20 for the hardware and I installed it fairly quickly. Pros: I love the ability to switch from spray to flow. The faucet head is under the sink so compared to what I originally had Little to no spatter occurs Really high quality materials and I'm sure it added a lot more value to our rig than it was worth Cons: I can't think of any yet and we've been using it for a month now and use it daily .
