I just installed this ignition on my 2002 4x4 Xterra. It was a 15 minute job after watching a few YouTube videos on how to do it. The old ignition switch gave me problems with the truck cutting power when I tried to start it, and sometimes I couldn't program some of the new key fobs to open the doors. I will buy the same product again for another Xterra and install it before it fails too. Be sure to disconnect the battery before you start removing the old one. All you need is a Phillips screwdriver and screws on the wheel spats and ignition switch.
