You can see the difference

PAGG is interesting. It doesn't mean you take it and gain superpowers or lose 20 pounds instantly. I've been on keto for a few years now and wanted a little extra boost. I took the supplement for two months with a month off in between. I can see more of my weight loss (really fat) in the months I'm taking it than in the months I'm not taking it. This is a great product. Four Hour Body has tons of research on this. I would recommend cycling to get the full effect and see the difference!
