If you have a mini split air conditioner/heat pump with wall mounted units this is a must have. This helps capture all of the water and cleaning solution during the cleaning process. We haven't cleaned the wall heads in four years. What came out was disgusting. With this product we can clean the unit at the beginning and end of each heating and cooling season. It is well made and should last for many years. The only minor complaint is the drain hose, which tends to curl in and out of the water bucket at the waist. Still easy to fix.
