Review on 🔋 DURACELL Procell AA Batteries - 24 Pack (2 Packs) by Paul Romero

I use yellow AA Duracell PROCELLS in Alarm Lock DL2700 batteries. Turning it off was no problem and everything works until I got Gray PROCELLS. When I bought these from my previous order history, I was expecting the same ones from the same supplier. Well these grays short out 2 of my battery packs at the same time and instead of 8.0 DC output I get a short. I thought I was, but after doing the next thing with regular copper AAs and getting 8.0V DC, it turns gray, shorting out the entire battery and killing it. I measure 1.6 VDC individually, but one at a time they kill the packets. UPDATE: Call Duracell (800) 544-5454 Ref 510461 Ernica. Bless her soul, she is just a tiny cog in a huge machine that answers the phone and records information. Nobody will see my complaint, tech support, product development or anyone who wants to know their product is defective will never know it exists. Don't hesitate to call these guys. I'm a stupid consumer who doesn't know what I'm talking about. Yes, by the way, my device is to blame.
