My last machine was in use for too many years and was not properly cleaned. I stupidly bought one of those garlic presses as a spare and hated it. After one clove, all the extra ones slipped and slid back and forth all over the place. And it took a lot of pressure to crush it. That was my answer to the rocker. That's good press. Continuous. Seems well done. Big enough to hold on to. And it works. It's easier to clean than my previous one due to the way the pressure plate folds out. But it would still be nice to have a little "poke" device that fits all the holes. I use a stiff brush to clean it and it works fine. I recommend.
