I'm not a nutritionist so I can't give you a breakdown here of what amino acids work here at what percentage compared to others. However, I'm a bodybuilder and what it has is exactly what I was looking for (I don't need to write it all here, it's in the product description and on the side of the box). What you don't see from reading this is the taste and how easily it dissolves in water. I have an apple flavor and I think it's amazing! It also dissolves in water almost instantly. No lumps, crazy foaming, or floating chunks until you shrug off the vibrant rays of sunshine like MANY others on the market. Will buy again for sure!
