Not Worth the Hype on my review.

As a result of my tests, I determined that this post-workout recovery supplement did not live up to its claims. While the taste was satisfactory, I did not feel any significant difference in my recovery period. However, the price point was quite high for such lackluster results.

Amazing taste! in Sports Nutrition

I'm not a nutritionist so I can't give you a breakdown here of what amino acids work here at what percentage compared to others. However, I'm a bodybuilder and what it has is exactly what I was looking for (I don't need to write it all here, it's in the product description and on the side of the box). What you don't see from reading this is the taste and how easily it dissolves in water. I have an apple flavor and I think it's amazing! It also dissolves in water almost instantly. No lumps…
